Yes, yes, we've finally done it! After months of procrastination, Martin's Legacy will have it's first MotM. Actually, there will be a bit more than that. Rocky and I thought that rather than a simple Member of the Month, we should include a few other "awards" to be awarded. Member of the Month: This one's quite simple, really. Simply vote for the member you choose to win this category. But to make sure that there are no draws, list your top three choices for MotM in order. Character of the Month: Although there haven't been many posts, there are still the character profiles. Just choose your top three favorite characters. Quote of the Month: This one will be done a little differently. Just toss in whatever quote from this site you like best, post a link to the page, and we can all discuss which one should win. Event of the Month: This refers to the plot, or whatever happens in the role-play. I understand that nothing has really happened so far. . . at all. . . but this can just be skipped for this month. This is decided in the same manner as the Quote of the Month. Word of the Month: This is pretty much useless, but it would consist of a random word, and a comment about it. For instance: Misspell (the most commonly misspelled word in the Engllish language). If any of this seems too unnecessary, feel free to say so.

Id say for MoTM, Skip gets that one, up in numero uno slot. He's done a lot. *claps*
Second would be Northern Lights. Great attitude and a great person.
Third would be Dirge. Always ready to post at any noticed, Dirgecallers gets my vote. great guy and very interesting characters.

Member: - Rocky - A great help, and a great role-player (and still improving).
- Tirael is a talented writer, and a good role-player -- I appreciate his sense of humour as well.
- Trystal and Dan - This one's a tie. Dan is original and a decent writer, and Trystal is friendly and funny (in a random sort of way) and equally as talented in role-playing.
Character: Certainly my most favorite character of all is Sorrel. Although he is inactive and was posted quite some time ago, he is unique, well developed, and a generally fun character. Also, the bio was very well written. Despite the dangerously-close-to-copyright-infringement aspect of his name , my next choice is Marthin. I chose this character for two main reasons; (1) I like that he's a bard, and (2) he is one of the sadly few characters whose history does not consist of his family/home/holt/whatever being attacked/raided by vermin. Thirdly, is Trystal Kershmaine. The bio was decently written, moderately entertaining, somewhat unique, and of considerable length. In other words, it was rather well done. Quote: . . . I've not found one just yet. . . Event: Lachie flew down the stairs of the Northern Wall, colliding with one of the oldest residents of the Abbey as he reached the bottom. Fortunately, Lachie was unharmed. Old Brother Dinng, however, left the scene bruised, upset, and swearing very loudly. Word: Mistakes -- those delightful little occurrences that tend to alter sequences of actions, leading to an unintended outcome. Rare, but not uncommon.* * Oops.
