Now, the only way I can see this site going anywhere is if we first change the concept. Obviously, a Fall of the Abbey plot isn't going to work. This leaves little room for creativity, as there are very few Redwall sites that don't include Redwall Abbey as the main center of activity. Being the norm doesn't exactly appeal to prospective members.
So, I've decided that an entirely new area should be added to the map. The West and North and even the South have been greatly expounded upon in the Redwall novels, but the East is completely open for the designing.
The idea I have in mind for the East, which includes Noonvale and Marshank, has a different atmosphere to it than most current Redwall RP sites. It is a more sophisticated Mossflower than I'm used to, as it is set much farther ahead in the future from the latest Redwall novel.
the East:
Anyway, that's the very general idea, but any suggestions for the concept would be greatly appreciated.

the East:
- Lighthouse -- safest place on earth and home of eccentric, innovative, and sinfully wealthy mouse -- located on the Peninsula
- Strat -- main hub of activity, boasting the world's tallest tower
- Eastern Sea -- very blue, very calm, but otherwise slate and raging
- Mossflower Wood -- The woods do extend into a good portion of the East, separating Strat and the Desert
- Wildnes -- A desert named after a tribe of hedgehogs living there with peculiar accents.
- Holt Seaslate -- A holt of otters (sea and river alike) hidden in caves accessible only through an underwater passage, all located just north of the Peninsula, where the sea turns slate.
- The Stone Path -- Nothing more than a fairly level path made from stones by the Seaslate seasons ago.
- Haven -- An island off the Eastern Sea, where seabeasts' activities are centered. Run by a small organization founded by two otters.
- Marshank -- A now abandoned vermin fort, the very place previously overrun by Martin the Warrior.
- Northern Cliffs -- North of Marshank, the cliffs are fulls of pygmy-shrew-inhabited caves. Try to avoid them.
- Noonvale -- A small valley inhabited by creatures similar to those at the Abbey. Ruled by a Patriarch, which is terribly like Redwall's Abbot.
- Northern Mountains -- Cold. Lots o' vermin. Lots of Scottish-ish beasts -- mostly squirrels and otters.
Anyway, that's the very general idea, but any suggestions for the concept would be greatly appreciated.
