Moderator Question

Hey, I was just wondering how I could become a Moderator, Global Moderator, or Admin. I know I won't become an Admin or maybe a Global Moderator. But I would like to be become a Moderator. What would I have to do to become a Moderator, Global Moderator, or Admin?

Right now, we dont need any more staff. Though, you can stick with this site, help it out in every way and any way possible, and me and the rest of the staff peeps will decide.
