Now that we've been accepted (Digression: Whew, it's nice to be able to breathe again. I'll do my best to be more focused in Roleplay than I was writing Redin's Bio, I promise. >_<;; ), I think someone had suggested that Lorki and I find a way to get ourselves into the current plot. In light of our characters personalities, we've both come to the conclusion that they wouldn't have anything to do with such a large group if they could prevent it, and given the chance, would quietly hide away while the conflict raged on, preferring to remain healthy than embark on another foolish venture like those in their youths.
But that's no fun, now is it?
We have discussed it over AIM and come to the joined conclusion that the only way that our characters would ever willingly join a horde again would be if they were forced. For Redin, this would mean your typical "If you don't agree to join us, we'll kill you" situation, and for Sleet, your typical "If you don't agree to join us we'll kill your babes in front of you and then kill you" situation. Granted, those are at their core, very basic, very simple, and it's entirely possible to go for a more complex approach. Either way, they will be unwilling.
Right. So!
What happens once they agree is to remain in the air (Since where's the fun in roleplaying if it's all mapped out?).
We're planning on interjecting "The Horde Rises..." with me opening up on the day after Lentle Dirge is accepted into the horde (specifically the morning after), having Redin Outmir sitting under a tree that has dropped all it's leaves, watching the sunrise and thinking. His thoughts will be interrupted by Sleetfang and her midgets, there will (hopefully) be a brief period in which they will catch up to current events. At any point after they have met again, it would be great if they were to find themselves surrounded and outnumbered.
Or something like that. (Sorry, can't focus. @_@;
